Acne, whatever part in your body is affected would surely make you feel bad. Though your butt is a private part and would not be exposed more often, it could still make you uncomfortable about yourself and you feel the must of keeping it from friends when acne becomes your topic.

Yes, acne doesn’t only destruct the skin of your face, back or underarm but your butt as well! However, this case is more experienced by men for they have a more tendency to sweat than women. The best thing that you could do is to have a treatment form a dermatologist.

However, it is quite a reality that not everyone is fortunate to afford the treatment from a specialist. But hey, don’t be hopeless. You cans still cure your butt acne by organic materials. Here are some easy steps that you could use in order for you to get rid of acne on your butt.

1. Peel of Orange and Apple.

Blend some peel of orange and apple and add a little amount of water. You can also add some petroleum jelly instead of water. After which, apply it on your butt and let it be there for 30 minutes. Be sure that you will gently apply it on your skin for the acne would not get irritated that would cause more breakout. Rinse it with lukewarm water that has little salt.

2. You can also mix some lavender oil, jojoba oil or coconut oil with green tea.

This mixture is not just good for your butt for any part of the body affected by acne.In those combinations, you can also add some blended ripe tomatoes and lemon juice. Do this daily for a the best effect that you want.

Also, be sure that you don’t use soaps that have strong smell. An odourless soap for your body is good. Do not wear underwear that is not completely dried. Use cotton or natural fibers underwear for they are absorbent of sweat unlike others. It is also advisable that you wash your underwear with scentless power or bar soap.Acne removal or prevention is necessary.

Tips to Protect Yourself While Tanning

There are safe tanning tips that can be followed to help protect your skin. There is nothing positive about sitting out in the sun. The sun damages our skin and can create the risk of skin cancer. Other than self lotion tanners there is no other way to naturally get some color to our skin other than tanning. Stay away from tanning beds, they are much more harmful to your skin than the sun.

Outdoor tanning is the best. It is the most natural and you can enjoy the weather and not be in a little box to get a tan. The UV rays from the sun are not as harmful as those in a UV tanner at a tanning salon. Make sure you wear sun screen so you do not get a sun burn.

Using a sun block with a lower SPF can still help you achieve a tan. It can protect your skin a small amount. Something is better than nothing. There is never such a thing as a healthy tan, like I said before, but anything to help protect your skin from damage is important.

If you are in the ocean or the pool, make sure you are cautious and take in the fact that sun can reflect off the water and you can burn. There is no way of preventing that other than wearing SPF. If you are in the water make sure you wear a hat or glasses to protect your face.

If you get sun burned use a lotion that will help with relief from the burn. I always recommend coconut oil based products for any skin irritant and condition. The natural oils in coconuts are very beneficial for every type of skin care use. Just make sure when you are outside tanning to protect yourself when you are not going to be laying out. It is nice to be able to tan freely but don’t damage it for aesthetic purposes!
